Events Coordinator: Jesika Lay
Jesika is in charge of all the major Powerhouse events and would be happy to involve you in our team!! If you enjoy creative "brainstorming" or themed set-ups, this is the team for you. From budget to execution of the intelligent lights, to filling helium balloons, even preparing a meal . . . there is room for your gift!
Hospitality Coordinator: Jesika Lay
Each week Jesika will be standing at the front doors of Powerhouse welcoming everyone. The team aims bring a smile to every face that comes through our doors. This group signs everyone in, keeps the candy dish full, and personally greets our 1st time guests with a gift! This is a great ministry to get involved in if you want to make new friends.
Lights & Tech Coordinator: Anthony Lay
Powerhouse is on the cutting edge of today's technology and our demands are great. We have computers running animated backgrounds, videos, presentations, intelligent lights, hazers, and QBase for live studio quality recordings at every service. We have 5 young adults running these computers each week and could use your gifts!
Praise & Worship Coordinators: Keith Collins & Blake Warcup
Powerhouse is so fortunate to have such gifted and talented singers and musicians passionate about how they express their worship to God. We have a full band consisting of live drums, acoustic guitars, electric guitars, bass, keys and percussion instruments. We have 5 vocalists and two rotations of instrumentalists and singers that alternate months of ministry. If you play an instrument and love to worship, this ministry might be the one for you! The Powerhouse band has recently cut an album which released in August 2005 and is currently recording a live album that will debut in 2006!
Kitchen Coordinator: Reechia Collins
What gathering of young people would be complete without food? Fortunately you don't have to find out at PowerHouse. Every Wednesday night after Worship and the Word we have a great hang-out time with food planned and provided by Reechia. She's always looking for willing helpers to serve and clean up afterwards.
Coordinators: Keith Collins, Brandon
Powerhouse is self sufficient when at all possible. We are always looking for skilled laborers including carpenters, painters, electricians, and agricultural engineers. If you like working with your hands and feel you can contribute to this ministry, then we need your gifts. Maintenance is on-going and projects are needed for each major event.
